Background
DevOpsDays Tel Aviv is one of the largest engineering conferences in the region, drawing over 10,000 DevOps professionals, developers, and tech leaders. For Pulse—a brand-new SaaS company—this wasn’t just another event; it was our official market debut.
With zero brand recognition and a floor packed with established tech giants, our challenge was steep: we had to establish instant credibility, drive high-volume traffic, and catch the eye of potential channel and technology partners who could help scale our market reach.
Execution: High-Impact Booth and Event Production
Creative & Strategy: Conceptualized the full layout and visual identity, partnering with external vendors to design custom graphics and banners that communicated our value proposition instantly.
Operations & Logistics: Managed hundreds of moving parts—from vendor contracts, shipping, and technical requirements to on-site team orchestration and setup schedules.
Premium Asset & Swag Production
Wrote and structured our technical product one-pagers and sourced premium, custom-designed T-shirts and giveaways that drove high demand and continuous brand visibility across the conference floor.
Multi-Day Raffle Architecture
Designed and coordinated a high-incentive raffle strategy featuring two premium drawings across the two-day event, turning our booth into a high-traffic destination and a primary engine for rapid lead capture.
The Results
The high-energy strategy paid off immediately, making Pulse one of the most talked-about new faces at the conference:
High-Volume Lead Generation: Captured 1,200 total leads, successfully engaging over 10% of the entire conference population.
Deep Pipeline Qualification: Filtered and identified 450 Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from the initial pool, proving the raffle attracted the right audience.
High-Value Conversions: Secured 20 high-quality sales meetings booked directly on the floor with target enterprise accounts.
