I'm Maya Avitan — Fractional CMO, startup advisor, and founder of Marketing by Maya. I've spent over a decade building marketing engines for B2B tech companies in DevOps, cloud, and cybersecurity.
I started my career at Google, went on to mentor early-stage founders at MassChallenge Israel, and then joined DoiT International as its founding Head of Marketing — building the global marketing function from scratch and helping scale the company through hypergrowth into a cloud leader managing over $10B in spend.
Today I work embedded with founders and leadership teams as a fractional CMO and strategic advisor — owning strategy, doing the work, and staying until it's working. I'm full-stack by design: equally at home shaping positioning and messaging as I am producing the events, sales collateral, case studies, and content that turn strategy into pipeline.
